Automated product listing pipelines from the Bloombar WooCommerce store to external marketplace platforms — eliminating manual data entry for each new listing.
What was built
WooCommerce → WatchFinder (Mirakl)
When a product is saved or updated in WooCommerce, a webhook triggers a Make.com scenario that maps WooCommerce product fields to WatchFinder's Mirakl API format and uploads the listing. Field mapping is maintained in a Google Spreadsheet (brand, model, reference number, condition rating, serial number, images, price, category). Key work included separating product SKU from serial number, adding a sync button in the single product editor, and iterating on image upload methods to satisfy Mirakl's requirements.
WooCommerce → Chrono24
Parallel pipeline for uploading products to Chrono24. WooCommerce products receive additional custom fields required by Chrono24 (reference number, product description format, specific category assignments). A custom WordPress plugin adds these fields and handles the Chrono24 export format. Field mapping maintained in a separate Google Spreadsheet.
Ongoing Maintenance
Recurring work includes updating field mappings when platforms change their schemas, adding new required fields on client request, fixing sync breaks caused by plugin or API changes, and updating images or logos across the sell sites (sellcartier.co.uk, sellpatek).
