Work for Bloombar Watches covers the foundational build: website, CRM setup, core automation, and early product/e-commerce work before ongoing support was split into a separate project.
What was built
Website
WooCommerce store on the Bricks theme. Work included product catalog setup, filtering by brand/condition/price, single product pages, category pages, blog, checkout with PayByFinance (Novuna) financing, sell/consignment form, and mobile optimisation. SSL automation, plugin management (Wordfence, WooCommerce updates), server maintenance (DB repair, disk space), and speed optimisation were also part of this scope.
Sell Form & Pipedrive
JotForm-based sell form for customers submitting watches for purchase or consignment. Integrated with Pipedrive: form submissions create deals with condition, box/papers, and contact details. Deal fields extended with consignment/outright preference. Incremental reference numbers (WS1, WS2…) generated for all new contacts with a deal.
CRM & Automation
Pipedrive configured as the central deal pipeline for buy and sell enquiries. Make.com scenarios built for deal creation from web forms, SMS appointment reminders, duplicate contact handling, and Facebook Pixel / Google Tag integrations.
Early Marketplace Work
Initial scoping and setup for Mirakl/WatchFinder marketplace uploads, which was later developed into the Automatic Uploads project.
