What was built
This project covered two parallel workstreams for Bloombar Watches: getting their inventory live on third-party watch marketplaces, and building out a merchandise offering on their existing WooCommerce store.
Marketplace integration connected Bloombar's WooCommerce product catalogue to WatchFinder and Chrono24. The core problem was keeping listings in sync — pricing, availability, and watch specifications — without manual duplication. We built the feed logic to push inventory to both platforms and handle updates as stock moves.
Merch added a merchandise line to bloombarwatches.com. This ran alongside the watch catalogue, so the tricky part was keeping the storefront coherent — merch products needed their own taxonomy, separate shipping rules, and a clean purchase flow that didn't collide with the existing watch checkout behaviour.
A payment layout bug for anonymous users was also flagged during this period — the checkout rendering broke for non-logged-in customers, which we tracked as a separate fix within the same project scope.
Both workstreams ran through the standard Bloombar stack: WooCommerce as the product and order backbone, with Make.com handling any workflow automation around order events and CRM updates into Pipedrive.
Tech stack
- WooCommerce — product catalogue, checkout, order management
- WatchFinder and Chrono24 — marketplace listing targets
- Make.com — automation layer for feed updates and order events
- Pipedrive — CRM sync on order and enquiry data
