What we do
Monthly retainer covering ongoing website maintenance, new feature development, Pipedrive and Make.com automation work, and marketplace integrations across all Bloombar web properties.
Website Maintenance
Regular plugin and theme updates (Bricks, WooCommerce, Wordfence, PayByFinance/Novuna), break fixes for checkout, product pages, and the sell form. PayByFinance went through several version upgrades with testing and rollback cycles. Email templates (transactional WooCommerce emails) updated to match branding. Product gallery extended with video support from YouTube.
Automated Follow-up & Offer Acceptance
The largest single feature built during support: a multi-step automated sequence for the offer/sale process.
- Offer sent to client → automated 3-day follow-up sequence via Pipedrive + Make.com
- Client clicks "Accept Offer" link → custom landing page (THYP) collects acceptance
- Acceptance triggers Make.com scenario: deal stage updated, deal ownership transferred to new owner, WhatsApp + email confirmation sent via Superchat
- Multiple update rounds to accommodate changes in call confirmation logic, stage transitions, and template content
Superchat (WhatsApp) Automation
WhatsApp Business messaging via Superchat integrated into Pipedrive workflows. Templates built for: offer notifications, call confirmations, 3-day follow-up sequences, and consignment updates. New templates added as the client's processes evolved.
JotForm Sell Form (Multi-step)
Sell form rebuilt as a multi-step JotForm to reduce abandonment. Integrated with Pipedrive for deal creation, pre-fills phone number after submission, passes salesType parameter dynamically. Form hosted on dedicated template pages across multiple sites.
Phone Number Automation
UK phone number formatting automation: Make.com scenario validates and reformats phone numbers for contacts in Pipedrive to E.164 format. Handles UK (+44), international (+49 etc.), and edge cases.
Pipedrive Automations
Ongoing updates to Pipedrive native automations: deal stage rules, activity creation, owner assignment, field validation. Automations rebuilt from single to multiple to handle complex branching (3-day workflow split across multiple PD automations).
Website Updates (Consignment, Hero, Products)
Periodic content and layout updates across bloombarwatches.com, sellcartier.co.uk, and sellpatek: hero banner images, consignment sales page v2, product attribute display, 404 page fixes, finance modal updates.
