What was built
Doli Bottle's Pipedrive setup was delivered as a comprehensive 3-part onboarding program covering all foundational CRM elements. The first phase focused on core Pipedrive configuration (customization, board structure, team roles), the second on sales funnel design with MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) pipelines, email template setup, and contact form configuration. The third phase delivered advanced features including SmartDocs quote templates for professional proposal generation, EasyBill integration for invoice drafting, product configuration, custom dashboards, and workflow automation.
Integration work included embedding a lead capture form on the Shopify store, configuring Pipedrive's built-in contact form, and setting up email outreach campaigns with automated sequences. The system enables Doli to track prospects through the entire funnel from initial web form submission through deal closure, with automated email sequences nurturing leads at each stage.
