What was built

The ORBIZ Webflow site is a 15+ page coworking space discovery and booking platform. The site showcases Immodea's multiple Swiss locations and flexible office space offerings (Team Office, Team Zone, Fix Desk, Flex Desk) with dynamic space filtering, meeting room availability, and direct booking integration.

The website handles the complete booking journey: prospects discover spaces by location, filter by space type and amenities, view meeting room calendars, submit contact forms that feed into Pipedrive for lead scoring, and proceed to checkout with conditional payment logic for different order types.

Lead capture is fully automated via Webflow forms that push contacts and inquiries to Pipedrive in real time, enabling the sales team to respond instantly to inbound interest. The site integrates with Mailerlite for newsletter signups, and a custom Make.com scenario orchestrates order processing—pushing leads to Pipedrive, validating checkout selections, and triggering invoice generation.

QR code invoice generation is central to the invoicing flow: after payment, a scenario generates invoices as QR code PDFs and sends them to customers via email. The QR codes encode debtor and invoice details that are scanned at Nexudus for authentication and access control.

The site went through discovery and scoping, comprehensive technical assessment, page-by-page design and build, global component creation (headers, navigation, footers, filters), mobile optimization, and deployment. Ongoing work includes bug fixes, analytics strategy refinement, and feature updates as business needs evolve.
