Immodea · Regimo Flex

Immodea is a Swiss co-working and flexible office space company managing multiple locations (ORBIZ brand). Metawork built and maintained a fully automated booking and invoicing platform connecting their Webflow website to their Nexudus-based backend system, integrating with Pipedrive for lead capture and Make.com for order processing.

What was built

Regimo Flex is the member-facing product we built for Immodea's ORBIZ brand. It covers two distinct surfaces: a guest/logged-out checkout flow and a members portal for existing customers.

Checkout flow

The guest checkout is a multi-step flow we designed and built from scratch. It starts at the product screen, where prospective members pick their office product and time period. From there, they move through a cart summary, account creation or sign-in, payment, and a confirmation screen. We handled all the layout work and wired each step to Nexudus for product availability and account state.

The tricky part was the payment and invoicing layer. We built the full invoicing pipeline — 182 hours of work — connecting the frontend checkout to Nexudus's payment gateway. This included custom invoice generation and a dry-run testing pass across all systems before the production push.

Members portal

For logged-in members, we built a portal covering:

  • Dashboard — account state overview
  • Subscriptions and invoices — full billing history and current plan
  • Account settings — profile and membership management
  • Support — in-portal support access

We also trimmed down Nexudus's default navigation to match exactly what Immodea's members needed — nothing more.

Nexudus integration

Nexudus is the core backend. We configured products, bookable resources, and member accounts to match ORBIZ's specific offering. We ran a full development-to-production copy of the Nexudus environment before go-live and investigated payment update compatibility mid-project when Nexudus pushed changes on their end.

Production

We provisioned and configured the production server, managed the app install, and ran a full system dry-run before launch. The platform is live and running today.
