What was built
The Support project maintains the operational stability and feature completeness of the ORBIZ platform. Work spans four core areas: platform reliability (outage response, system monitoring, Nexudus updates), invoice delivery (QR code generation, email templating, formatting fixes), meeting room functionality (availability logic, guest booking without registration, payment rules), and data integrity (customer archival, debtor record validation, contact deduplication).
Key initiatives include the QR code invoice system overhaul—fixing debtor address validation, adding break system support, and enabling multi-location deployment across Josef and Aeschengraben locations. The team manages recurring operational tasks: invoice sendout templates, Nexudus synchronization, portal code base updates, and analytics strategy refinement. Support also handles Make.com scenario iterations, testing validation, and cross-team communication with product and operations.
