Support 2025 provides ongoing technical support and continuous optimization for LCMD's complex subscription and automation infrastructure. The team conducts monthly health checks on all Make.com scenarios, handles break recovery, and implements feature enhancements in response to business needs and edge cases discovered during production operation.
Key support activities include monitoring subscription deal updates, resolving breaks in automation (like billing cycle calculation issues or old deal mass-change problems), managing Pipedrive webhook configuration, and handling account-level changes (moving scenarios between Make accounts, managing API key rotation, updating webhook endpoints). The team has rebuilt scenario logic multiple times to improve reliability, implemented complex field transformation logic using arrays and filtering, and added break handling workflows for edge cases.
Advanced work during support includes enhancing the subscription lifecycle system with new automation fields, fixing product billing method updates, troubleshooting Pipedrive API validation errors, and implementing Cognizm data imports.
