The company now runs on a unified platform that automates lead qualification, contact lifecycle, invoicing, ticket routing, and campaign tracking across all business units.

HubSpot Improvements is the foundation project establishing OD Solutions' CRM core, lead lifecycle automation, and ongoing system health. The project implements a comprehensive lead qualification system with multiple pipeline stages (Openers, Setter, Verkauf) and contact statuses that automatically advance or reset based on meeting outcomes, lead engagement, and outcome codes.

What was built

The team built workflow automation that handles the complete contact lifecycle: disqualifying contacts with no open leads, detecting redundant or duplicate records, routing leads to tickets, managing the "no show" and "not reached" workflows, and generating system health alerts when data inconsistencies are detected. Integration with HubSpot's native list system enables rapid automation—lists trigger workflows at scale, and alert workflows notify the sales team when critical issues surface (e.g., leads missing outcomes, blacklist violations, unmatched contacts).

Data quality is a core focus: the project implements weekly health report dashboards showing open leads, ticket stages, contact counts, and data anomalies. Custom templates were created for quote generation. The team continuously refines lead status rules, manages contact field deprecation, and prevents duplicate creation through validation logic.

Weekly support cycles coordinate across the sales team, ensuring new features align with actual sales processes and addressing emerging data issues before they cascade.
