What was built

The system integrates ActiveCampaign mailing list data into HubSpot, automatically tagging contacts based on campaign engagement and mailing sendout history. A separate HubSpot pipeline tracks Kanzleistelle opportunities through learning suite engagement, document signing (Dropbox Sign integration), and sales closure. The team built dashboard reporting specific to this division, showing conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

Key features include partner status tracking (kanzleistell_partner_status), automated contact tagging based on ActiveCampaign campaigns, and scheduled task creation for upcoming engagement windows. The project runs on a quarterly support cycle with focused feature iterations.
