What was built

Plenish's wholesale and B2B sales operations were integrated through a bidirectional WooCommerce-Pipedrive sync built with Make.com automation. The system automatically creates deals in Pipedrive when WooCommerce orders are placed, maps order totals to deal values, and synchronizes payment dates from subscription renewals back to Pipedrive.

The integration handles complex order scenarios: batch updates to correct deal creation dates (matching order creation timestamps), fixing sort price calculations, and resolving data consistency issues between the two systems. Payment date synchronization ensures parent orders and their subscription renewals are properly tracked for pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting.

The Make.com scenario was stress-tested for API reliability and error handling, with fixes for edge cases like strange 500 errors and total amount mismatches. The system enables Plenish's sales team to manage B2B relationships in Pipedrive while orders flow seamlessly from WooCommerce for fulfillment.
