What was built
Beyond the initial migration, the team continuously evolved the system to handle new business requirements and resolve production issues:
Checkout Enhancements: Refined the shipping calculator form with better UX (Google Maps address lookup, Select2 dropdown fixes, date formatting), added service selection, handling of special cases (forbidden goods checkbox, T&C agreements), and form validation.
Stripe Improvements: Extended payment processing to handle retries, added invoice generation for payment records in Pipedrive, implemented error handling for declined cards and edge cases (missing VAT/company name in checkout).
Shipping Updates: Updated integration with Log2x API for package pricing lookup, fixed calculation formulas, added support for different tariff types (spot tariffs, provision sliders), and multilingual support (French version of forms).
Make.com Maintenance: Migrated scenarios from deprecated Pipedrive API modules to v2, updated to use HubSpot webhooks instead of direct action triggers, added comprehensive logging and error filtering. Weekly monitoring to ensure all active scenarios run without warnings.
HubSpot Optimization: Switched from API key authentication to HubSpot private apps, created independent form pages (quote form, get a quote section, contact form), added landing page updates and Webflow analytics, updated email routing.
Data Quality: Implemented duplicate prevention for contacts, archived inactive leads after 1 month inactivity, cleaned company data (missing city/address), set up monitoring dashboards.
