Continuous maintenance, optimization, and feature development for Stromeus's integrated tariff calculator, sales CRM, and call center system.

What was built

Lead Management & Pipedrive Optimization: Automated scenario to save leads from the tariff calculator into Pipedrive with full contact information (email, phone, consumption profile, location). Lead source tracking distinguishes direct sales from calculator usage. Regular scenario updates to accommodate new Pipedrive API modules (v2 migration). Lead quality improvements and data cleanup.

Commission Calculations: Built a sophisticated commission tracking system supporting multiple commission models:

  • Stufenprovision (tiered commission) — rates improve as agents hit sales targets
  • Einzelprovision (individual commission) — flat rate per deal
  • Monthly billing reports for agent payouts based on contract values and deal stage

Formula updates to handle edge cases, commission recalculation when deals are modified, and integration with deal closed dates for accurate timing.

Sales Operations: Email domain setup (SPF/DKIM records) for email deliverability. Sales agent onboarding workflows with Pipedrive training. Contract template management. Sales team performance dashboards.

System Maintenance: Weekly scenario monitoring to ensure all integrations run without warnings or errors. Regular updates to make.com scenarios when Pipedrive APIs change. Phone number format validation and company data cleanup. Agent name management in call sync (removing agent names from call logs when needed for privacy/clarity).

Reporting & Analytics: Abrechnung (billing) PDF generation for monthly commission reports. Sales metrics tracking and dashboarding for management visibility. Call outcome analysis and agent performance metrics.
