Stromeus is a German energy comparison and switching platform helping customers find the best electricity and gas tariffs. Metawork built three interconnected systems: a real-time tariff calculator, Pipedrive CRM with sales automation and commission tracking, and JustCall call center integration.

Integration of JustCall call center phone system with Pipedrive CRM to track inbound sales calls, manage agent performance, and streamline lead capture and deal progression.

What was built

Call Tracking Integration: JustCall phone system (used by Stromeus's call center) connects directly with Pipedrive. Every inbound call creates a new lead record (if it's a new caller) or links to an existing contact. Call metadata (duration, outcome, agent name, timestamp) is captured and stored in Pipedrive activities.

Disposition Handling: Call outcomes are categorized (interested, not interested, callback needed, etc.) and stored as deal dispositions in Pipedrive. Based on the outcome, deals auto-move through the pipeline:

  • "Interested" → moves deal to "Offer" stage
  • "Not Now" → moves to "Callback" for scheduled follow-up
  • "Not Interested" → moves to "Closed Lost"
  • Other outcomes handled per sales process

Sales Agent Onboarding: Structured onboarding for new sales agents with Pipedrive training, JustCall phone setup, and CRM workflow documentation. Contract templates stored in Pipedrive's Smart Docs for quick contract generation during calls.

Custom Field Handling: Complex logic for handling custom Pipedrive fields on create/update, including validation for option lists (Optionen field validation), error handling for missing required fields, and smart defaults.

Lead to Deal Automation: Incoming calls automatically create deals with initial stage assignment. When a disposition is set, the deal stage updates accordingly. Task creation for follow-ups (e.g., "Auftrag fertig" / order complete triggers backoffice task).

Agent Performance Tracking: Call outcomes logged as activities with agent attribution. Weekly reports on call volume, conversion rates, and average call duration. Commission tracking (tied to deal outcomes) for incentive management.

Error Handling & Monitoring: Robust error handling for sync failures, missing fields, or API issues. Error logging in both systems for troubleshooting. Weekly validation of sync health to ensure all calls are properly captured.
