What was built
Tiger Dental's site faced repeated infrastructure crises during 2023–2024. The core issue: inadequate hosting resources (netcup) causing cascading failures. Metawork stabilized the platform through emergency response (site recovery from outages), infrastructure upgrades (server memory and disk space), and preventative work (staging environment, WordPress/WooCommerce compatibility testing). Key interventions included restoring Plesk when hosting went down, scaling the hosting plan to accommodate traffic, and testing Nexio payment gateway compatibility with WooCommerce version updates.
