What was built

Referral Pipeline: Pipedrive deals represent referral relationships and partner transactions. Each deal tracks:

  • Partner organization (broker, agent, affiliate)
  • Referral deal value and commission structure
  • Deal stage progression (lead → quoted → won → invoiced)
  • Contract reference linking to Salesforce master contract

Commission Management: Automated commission calculation based on:

  • Referral deal value
  • Commission percentage per partner type
  • Tiered rates (Stufenprovision) if applicable
  • Weekly invoicing cycles for referral commissions

Invoice Generation: Automated scenario to create invoices in Lexoffice for completed referral deals:

  • Fetch closed referral deals from Pipedrive
  • Calculate commission amounts (including credit notes for chargebacks)
  • Create customer record in Lexoffice if needed
  • Generate invoice with partner details, deal description, and commission amount
  • Link invoice PDF back to Pipedrive deal for record-keeping

Rahmendeal & Project Tracking: Framework deals (Rahmendeal) for long-term partner relationships. Individual projects/orders roll up commission to parent framework deal. Timesheet-based invoicing for ongoing relationships.

Workflow Automation: Pipedrive workflows trigger invoice generation when deals reach "Won" stage. Button-based manual invoice generation for edge cases. Status updates in Pipedrive reflect Lexoffice invoice creation (so partner can track status).

Error Handling & Reporting: Comprehensive error logging when integrations fail. Weekly monitoring of invoice generation scenarios. Reconciliation reports comparing Pipedrive commission calculations with Lexoffice invoices.
