What was built

We ran a scoped evaluation of JotForm's built-in AI agent feature to determine whether it could replace or reduce manual data collation work inside Derek Rose's existing Pipedrive and Make.com stack.

The investigation had three parts. First, we tested the AI agent itself — specifically whether it could ingest form submissions and structure the output in a way that feeds cleanly into downstream automations. Second, we mapped out JotForm's edit link functionality, which was a prerequisite for a workflow change planned for the following month's rollout. Third, we assessed integration feasibility with the existing pipeline.

The tricky part was JotForm's AI agent sitting outside the normal webhook/API flow that Make.com expects. We needed to confirm whether the agent's output was programmable enough to route into Pipedrive deals or contacts without a heavy transformation layer sitting in between.

The project concluded at the evaluation stage. Findings from the AI agent test and the edit link audit fed into the decision-making process for the broader Derek Rose automation roadmap.
