What was built

Ongoing Support covers the continuous operation and evolution of Derek Rose's Make.com automation stack from 2024 through present. The work spans three main areas: regular break recovery on the queue-based inventory import system (bi-weekly cycle triggered by new data files), feature development for new capabilities, and monthly support management.

Major features delivered within support: a customer lifecycle tracking system in Pipedrive with AI-powered scoring (OpenAI) and segmentation, an Apollo automation workflow to generate Pipedrive leads from web visitor lists, a partner feedback form integration with personalized Pipedrive links, a JotForm agent monthly update workflow adding notes and updating next-due dates, duplicate person detection and cleanup automation, and a full migration of Make scenarios from API v1 to v2. Each bi-weekly import cycle involves monitoring the queue run, diagnosing any breaks, and deploying fixes within the same session.

The project runs on a monthly billing structure ([M01]–[M12] support milestones) and involves both Nikolai and Alona as delivery resources, with regular Barny Edis work sessions for direct client collaboration.
