GoogleSpreadsheet - Logins + Data Mapping
What was built
The Pipedrive onboarding project established the foundational CRM infrastructure for Derek Rose's sales operations. Work included configuring the Pipedrive instance with custom fields, deal pipelines (matching their sales stages), and activity tracking for calls and meetings. A key component was integrating Calendly with Pipedrive to automatically create and enrich deals from calendar bookings, pulling in attendee information and tracking deal progress through scheduled meetings.
The setup ensured that all customer interactions and deal stages could be tracked in Pipedrive, with automatic synchronization from Calendly bookings providing real-time visibility into the sales pipeline. This foundation enabled the subsequent image automation and inventory import projects to connect smoothly with the CRM data model.
