What was built

The Pipedrive Setup project established TVL's complete CRM and automation infrastructure. The CRM layer includes Pipedrive configuration with custom fields, pipelines, workflow automations, and activity tracking. The main automation deliverable is a Stripe subscription engine built in Make.com: deals in Pipedrive trigger subscription creation (SEPA direct debit and card), automated invoicing, trial period handling, cancellation flows, credit note emails to the bookkeeper, and XRechnung e-invoice generation for B2B customers. The system handles the full lifecycle from lead capture through payment failure, dunning, and contract end.

Other key automations include: JotForm and Wix form submissions creating Pipedrive persons/deals, Calendly booking sync (calendar events → PD leads with enrichment), Wix Bookings calendar copy to Pipedrive, a button-triggered Provirechnung and Fahrzeuglieferung invoice generator, and Cartransport API integration for vehicle delivery orders. Website work was done in parallel — logo, copy, Datenschutzerklärung, AGB templates, contact forms, DNS/email setup (Microsoft 365, noreply domain, MX records), and subdomain management for admin and portal environments.
