What was built

Support 2025 covers TVL's ongoing automation operations and feature development from 2025 onward. Work falls into three categories: break recovery on production scenarios (JotForm/Stripe/Cartransport webhooks, subscription lifecycle edge cases), new feature development, and weekly scenario monitoring.

Major features built during support: a Wartung & Verschleiß (W&V) subscription product with its own Stripe and Pipedrive flows, XRechnung e-invoicing for B2B deals, 9drive and Mobility-Ads lead import automation with Laufzeit field mapping, an Auslieferung (vehicle delivery) workflow action in Pipedrive triggering Cartransport, custom Stripe reports for accounting, Abo cancellation process automation, a Suchstart activity creation scenario with 1-year-before-Vertragsende due date logic, and a full migration of Make scenarios to Pipedrive API v2. DNS and domain work included activating multiple subdomains (ei, kkm, portal.timvonloh.de) and a full website domain transfer. Support runs on a monthly retainer structure with weekly monitoring sessions.
