Pipedrive Onboarding & Support

Pipedrive training & support —
CRM adoption that sticks

Getting Pipedrive configured is the easy part. Getting your sales team to adopt it consistently — that's where most CRM projects fail. Our Pipedrive training and support service trains your team on your actual setup, provides written documentation and keeps an expert in your corner after go-live.

Why Pipedrive adoption fails

  • Team trained from generic video tutorials, not their actual setup
  • Sales reps go back to spreadsheets within 3 weeks
  • Managers don’t know how to read reports or spot pipeline issues
  • No documentation — when someone leaves, knowledge goes with them
  • Small questions pile up with no one to ask

How we fix it

  • Role-specific training on your actual Pipedrive setup
  • Written documentation tailored to your process
  • Ongoing support retainer for questions as they arise

How we train

Pipedrive training formats that actually work

We don't do generic video tutorials or slide decks. Every training session is live, tailored to your setup and recorded so nothing is lost.

Live video sessions

Zoom sessions with screen sharing — we walk through your actual Pipedrive account, not a demo environment. Sessions are recorded and shared with your team.

Written documentation

A written usage guide built around your specific pipeline, fields and automations — not a generic manual. Your team can refer to it without booking a call.

Async Q&A support

Between sessions, your team can send questions via email or messaging. We answer within 24 hours — small questions don't need a scheduled call.

New hire onboarding

When someone new joins, we get them up to speed on your Pipedrive setup in a single session. No more relying on existing team members to train newcomers.

Who we train

Role-specific Pipedrive user training for every team member

A sales rep, a sales manager and a Pipedrive admin use the system completely differently. We train each role on what matters to them.

Sales reps

Day-to-day usage

Adding contacts and deals, logging activities, using email sync, following up through the pipeline, reading the activity inbox and managing their personal view.

Sales managers

Pipeline visibility

Monitoring team pipeline health, reading reports and forecasts, identifying stalled deals, setting team goals and reviewing activity performance.

Admins / ops

System management

User management, field configuration, permission sets, data hygiene, automation maintenance and connecting new integrations as the business grows.

Leadership

Reporting & dashboards

Reading the right dashboards, understanding what the numbers mean, setting up goal tracking for the team and using Pipedrive data for business decisions.

Ongoing support

FAQ

FAQ — Pipedrive training, onboarding & support

Is training included if you do the implementation?

Yes. All implementation projects include team onboarding and a 30-day post-launch support window. The onboarding is tailored to the specific setup we've built for you, not a generic product tour. Additional training sessions or an ongoing retainer can be added after launch.

Can you train us on a Pipedrive setup someone else built?

Yes. We review your existing setup first, then deliver training based on how it's actually configured. If we spot issues during the review, we'll flag them — you can choose to fix them as part of an optimisation project or train around the current setup as-is.

How long does team onboarding take?

A typical onboarding is 1–2 live sessions of 60–90 minutes each. Sales reps usually need one session; managers and admins often benefit from a second focused on reporting and system management. Sessions are recorded so absent team members can catch up.

How does the ongoing support retainer work?

We schedule recurring Zoom sessions at a cadence that suits your team — weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Between sessions, you can send questions by email or message and we respond within 24 hours. The retainer also covers small improvements: new automations, field changes, training new hires. Billed at $150/hr against a monthly block.

Do you provide written documentation?

Yes. Every onboarding includes a written guide covering: how your pipelines work, what each custom field is for, how your automations are triggered, and a reference for common tasks your team will do daily. It's written for your setup specifically, not copied from Pipedrive's help docs.

What if I just need a Pipedrive strategy session, not training?

That's a better fit for our Pipedrive consulting service — focused on process design, pipeline architecture and strategic planning rather than user training and day-to-day support.
